We are seeking a motivated sales professional with retail jewelry sales experience. Our stores have a selection of diamond jewelry, Bridal; loose diamonds, Forevermark Diamonds and Jewelry, custom jewelry design, national jewelry designer brands and Swiss watches as well as Pandora Jewelry boutique.

Responsibilities

  • Assess customer needs and encourage interest in merchandise and to provide customer service in a professional manner.
  • Process repairs, special orders and custom orders, complete sales using POS software and follow day to day procedures
  • Quality inspect repaired watch and jewelry items before calling or delivering to a customer
  • Be knowledgeable about or willing to gain knowledge of diamonds, precious metals and colored gemstones
  • Understand full range of merchandise, special order and custom work possibilities.

Requirements

  • Retail jewelry or comparable luxury retail sales preferred
  • Aptitude with computer operating systems and basic computer programs
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
